Where do i get a bear pelt

I believe Wizards Folly and green hills county both have bears in them.

you get them from black bears, find them in wizard's folly

am I always a minute late? apparently...

i know i have to kll the bears but they arnt dropping anything

i have had this problem too, make sure that the little thoms big cloak is the selected quest.

not necessary as i had several pelts before i was in the area to pick up the quest to use them
